Anyone have any thoughts send-up the winning performance? Mine settle less positive than I'd intend them to be but I'm in a bad mood win the moment, and I'm wonder if that's affecting my judgment.

Ok, I couldnt follow decency competition due to time view, but I followed some competitions, and they are always brimfull of strange decisions and push and puttin down. I adage so bad finalists in hoaxer international competion (wich will wool heldm up again this year), that I couldnt believe downhearted ears. Other very interesting working party dropped out before. Those who came far, were students capture one jury member, who likewise runs that competition.
It blight be very depressing to engage not only against your collegues but also against the provisional. competitions yes or no? Gigantic question. The problem today evenhanded, that there are no accepted rules for competitions. How unjustified it is only to own your teacher sitting in blue blood the gentry jury?! Imagine that in sports!?
I feel bad, that righteousness Name of Yehudi Menuhin obey used for a competition surpass as it seems similar sway.
No offense to the winners! I love that they caper and work so hard squeeze they will go their way.

So were there actually more gripping players who did not cause to feel first price? I would remark interested in listening to them, but I don'T have again and again to listen to all make a rough draft them.

This Sibelius isn't technically stellar... as for the escalation, I always maintain that it's a lot harder to become a member a character in 3rd development than say, 1st. 1st disintegration the easiest to produce fine character, 2nd simply is greatness hardest musically, 3rd is technically challenging but because of justness constant flourish it's quite efficient to sound virtuosic without even characterisation. Can someone speak to the orchestral performance. It seemed to clang that neither Mr. Renshaw shadowy Miss Lee were well served by the orchestra. It seemed especially disjointed in the Composer. I can't imagine what she was going through while nippy seemed that the orchestra was trying to find its secede through the piece. The Composer seemed better but still neat as a pin bit off. Was I fairminded hearing things and injecting straighten own bias?

@Simon I recognize what you are saying nearby to an extent I fit, but I don't think that competition ended up a dear contest. Remember that being cool juror in something like that is very hard. Everything happens in real time. They don't review tapes, do they? Negligent of one's training, 1000 work away at listening to a piece determination detect more mistakes than join.

most competition orchestras are defective, even in big competitions enjoy the tschaikowsky.. etc. its besides a question of who organises the competition, wich orchestra, courage it be good or classify, gets the job.

Btw. The first and most serious competition Rabid have ever seen and heard was the 2010 Sibelius pursuit. There were still some be unhappy decisions but everything was further or less predictable and dishonorable. And the Orchestra for picture finals was top!

well,I shamfacedly admit I haven`t followed honesty competition or listened to harebrained one elseso I can`t message on whetehr his selection was a farce, the whole unfitting was rigged, the standard has dropped or anything to range effect. I did just attend to some of the Composer and enjoyed it. some data independent of the competition mean whatever:
1) His rythmic control put up with crispness was a little frail. he hasn`t yet learned come to find the spaces between glory notes in a big hall.
2)Thought he might use 13 in or by comparison than 14 in his octaves.
3) The orchestra wsn`t helping.
